Hot water issues!!! The bathroom is cramped, and communication around check-in was unclear. More kitchen utensils would certainly enhance the stay!!! A few pillows and towels definitely wouldn't hurt!!!

The balcony view from the Deluxe Double Room with Castle View was stunning, perfect for evening relaxation. The location on the main street made it so convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and cafes. Communication with the host was quick, and the check-in process was super easy. However, the property is uphill, which made lugging our bags a bit of a challenge. The lack of kitchen utensils was noticeable when we wanted to prepare drinks or snacks. It would have been nice to have some cutlery available. Air conditioning worked well but could use a little improvement in cooling efficiency during hot weather. A more personal welcome and cleaning service during our stay would have enhanced the experience.
